Full of the almost fizzing zestiness of Ruche, with bright raspberry and cherry aromas. The palate is more restrained, quite stony, before cherry-juice comes back on a long, mildly grippy finish. A very tasty wine from this relatively unknown grape variety. (JH 10/04/2025)
