A roughly equal-parts blend of all permitted white grape varietals, raised in stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation. Waxy and savoury, with poached pear, honeysuckle and quince, full-bodied yet still retaining excellent mineral lift and freshness at 14 years of age. Excellent. (JH 06/11/2025)
